1123 Heat Resistant Silicone Sealant is a one-part, non-sag, high temperature silicone sealant. Cures to a durable, flexible, high-temperature resistant silicone rubber by reacting with moisture in the air and at room temperature. Excellent chemical resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance.

Packaging Information:
1123 Heat Resistant Silicone Sealant is supplied in 300 ml disposable plastic cartridges and 200L drum bulk packaging.

Usable Life and Storage:
When stored at or below 27°C in the original unopened containers, it has a usable life of 12 months from the date of production.

limitations:
• Can not be used as structural bonding where is required
• Not used on lead surfaces such as lead, galvanized sheet, copper, brass, carbon steel, etc.
• It should not be used in places where it is not ventilated. The sealant needs to absorb moisture from the air to cure.
• Not suitable for bonding polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
• Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces
• Not suitable for continuous flooding or wet places all year round
• Not suitable for all materials that might bleed grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as oil-impregnated wood surfaces, oil-based caulks and partially vulcanized rubber gaskets and tapes
• Can not be used where paint is required
• Can not be used in places where abrasion and physical abuse are encountered
